Decorated Shops and Houses

The committee is hopeful that as many as possible will take part in the decorated shops and houses competitions and turn the town red and white.

There are two separate competitions which greatly enhance the town during Beltane. As ever, the Best Decorated Shop or Business will be awarded the Maharaj Kumar Challenge Shield, while the winners of the House Decoration will receive the Community Council Cup.

To enter either competition, YOU MUST APPLY IN WRITING, either by email to sec.6@btinternet.com or in writing only to Mr S Coe, 6 Murray Place, Peebles EH46 8DJ by noon on Beltane Tuesday (17th).

All premises must be ready for judging by 12 noon on Beltane Wednesday (18th).
