The Bairns' Beltane Boogie has a change of venue and a change of time. Come and get the festival started at 1pm on Saturday 14th June down at the Community Centre (Drill Hall).
Every year we are heavily indebted to our Annual Patrons who generously support us in the delivery of the festival. This year more than ever, public support is essential in the Beltane continuing.
Our Cornet Elect and Lass for 2025 are Jamie and Caitlin Hamilton. Son to Catherine and Steven, Jamie grew up in Kingsmuir Crescent, Peebles with his 3 brothers Craig, David and Ross, and attended Priorsford and Peebles High School. On leaving school Jamie attended Agricultural College at St. Boswells and currently works for Graham Irvine Plant Hire.
On Friday 18th April at 7.00pm we will learn who will lead this year’s Beltane Festival. Come along to the Burgh Hall to hear first who this year’s principals are.
Peebles March Riding and Beltane Queen Festival recently held their Annual General Meeting. This meeting saw the completion of Chairman Paul Spence’s five years in office, a tenure that was more difficult than many of his predecessors, given the decisions that needed to be made around the covid pandemic.
