Some roads will be closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday, 14th June 2026 on a rolling basis to facilitate the procession from the Chambers Institute and Cross Kirk.

As normal, the Inaugural Service is planned to be held in the grounds of the Cross Kirk.

We are currently taking part in a consultation to undertake an economic impact assessment of eleven Common Ridings and Summer Festivals across the Scottish Borders. This evening Cornet 2024 Reuben and 2023 Lass Ailidh are off to Selkirk Ball. While Cornet and Lass Jamie and Caitlin, Cornet Elect and Lass Jamie and Rebecca and Cornets Lass 2022 Becca are through at our neighbours at the Whipman Dinner Dance.
