Support Peebles Beltane Festival as a Patron

Peebles Beltane festival brings many visitors to our beautiful town every year and in turn, boosts the local economy.

If your business benefits from this boost and you are interested in supporting us financially we would love to hear from you – email us using the button below.

We have just finished delivering 150 letters to most local businesses, if you have been missed and would be interested in supporting us through our annual Patrons scheme, please get in touch.

We are already blown away by the response from only a handful of businesses and would like them to know how grateful we are. Thank you for helping us continue to fund the best festival in the Borders.

Happy Lanimers Day to everyone in Lanark!

Happy Lanimers Day to everyone in Lanark! Sending our best wishes to this year’s Lord Cornet, Edward Pringle!

Decorated Shops and Houses

The committee is hopeful that as many as possible will take part in the decorated shops and houses competitions and turn the town red and white. There are two separate competitions which greatly enhance the town during Beltane. As ever, the Best Decorated Shop or Business will be awarded the Maharaj Kumar Challenge Shield, while the winners of the House Decoration will receive the Community Council Cup.

My Beltane Booklet

This year, the committee have introduced a new initiative, where every P3 child at the town’s Primary Schools will receive a booklet to mark their first involvement in the crowning ceremony. We hope they have a fantastic Beltane 2025.

West Linton Installation

Tonight Cornet Elect Jamie and his Lass Caitlin were joined by their supporters, together with our Beltane Queen Annie, the Warden of Neidpath Elect Christina Elder, and the Beltane Chairman Lorna Evans, enjoying representing Peebles at the West Linton Installation.
