The committee is hopeful that as many as possible will take part in the decorated shops and houses competitions and turn the town red and white!
There are two separate competitions which greatly enhance the town during Beltane.
As ever, the Best Decorated Shop or Business will be awarded the Maharaj Kumar Challenge Shield, while the winner of the House Decoration will receive the Community Council Cup.
To enter either competition, you must apply by email to sec.6@btinternet.com.
If you’re unable to email, then apply in writing only, to Mr S Coe, 6 Murray Place, Peebles, EH46 8DJ by 12 noon on Beltane Tuesday, the 16th June.
All premises must be ready for judging by 12 noon on Beltane Wednesday, 17th June.
